   Bendix brake pads and linings

BENDIX brake pads and shoes are developed according to vehicle characteristics and the configuration of the braking system defined by the manufacturer. The Bendix Friction range includes 700 items and covers more than 95 % of the European market. The composition of Bendix friction materials incorporates advanced lead-free, antimony-free and cadmium free materials. Their contents also includes natural vegetable fibres ( flax, cellulose and sisal ) and manufacturing processes are ecological. Braking systems of the vehicle are put under exceptional loading. This chart shows the increasing of the temperature of the brake components when the car slopes down for 20 minutes. There is a similar braking system's loading in warmy weather, at driving in the town etc.

This range includes 700 different solid and ventilated discs. Bendix Jurid discs are manufactured with materials, which have good resistance to abrasive wear and very good heat dissipation. The starting material of the disc is pearlitic grey cast iron and the using technology prevents runout, limits thickness variations and produces a surface condition, guaranteeing high-quality braking from the first miles.

Bendix Jurid discs provide optimum braking under the most extreme conditions.

   Bendix Jurid brake drums

This range includes 100 items. The performance of Bendix Jurid drums requires rapid cooling by dissipation, very high wear resistance and a very high friction coefficient while keeping an uniform contact surface of smooth appearance.

   Brake hydraulic components

The Bendix hydraulic range includes master cylinders, wheel cylinders, load-proportioning brake controls and hydraulic clutch controls. Bendix also markets a full range of brake and clutch hoses and cables for all types of european vehicle.

   Brake fluids

Bendix produces brake fluids that are a market reference. The quality of Bendix brake fluids is a superior to the DOT standards.

It is recommended to change the brake fluid of the vehicle every two years.
